Some Hungry Visitors
This time of year I often see flocks of Sulphur Creasted Cockatoos or Galahs down on the ground, apparently feasting on juicy roots or tubers and making quite a mess of the lawns or parklands. This year there has been a few extra visitors, these are Long-Billed Corellas [Cacatua tenuirostris]. Whilst they are known to inhabit Western Victoria I haven't seen them around before and they may well be escaped pets or caged birds, Free at Last
