The image is in the detail
My eye again, ok its actually the other one, but this time rendered in text rather than as a photomosaic. This is truely a case where the image is in the detail (click on it and take a look!)
It was easy really, I used an add-on to an earlier version of coral paint, called Alchemy, which allow you to transfoem any image into a "painterly" version by automatically applying brushstrokes to the image. The special thing about alchemy, apart from it is slow, is it has lots of user controls including changing the brush shape (to text in this case) colour, size and angle.
